MBS Tender Consultancy Center was established in 2002 as Turkey’s first Tender Law and Consultancy Services Company.

MBS Tender Consultancy Company; It is an institution that provides tender consultancy services in a wide area from pre-tender to tender process and after.

Our company; TENDER LAW -Tender consultancy and training services and sector leadership in the race for the quality of service and continuous improvement in the quality of service in the race and now negotiations have been initiated with organizations that provide Tender Consultancy Services abroad.

It has started to provide consultancy services for the participation of foreign companies in tenders in our country and continues to work on the participation of Turkish companies in tenders abroad through the consultancy companies we are in contact with in the participation of Turkish companies in tenders abroad.

TYPES OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE

MBS TENDER CONSULTANCY,the services that are offered in the tender process are grouped under two main headings.

1-Guidance Service: Qualified guidance ‘Application File Preparation’ servives to international companies that we have been consulting according to industry prepared for each tender

2-Regular Consultancy: If a company sign regular consultancy contract with MBS TENDER CONSULTANCY; during the contract, application form is prepared by MBS TENDER CONSULTANCY from all tenders that are published in Turkey according to bids that companies ask for. Besides,technical support is given to company about needed issues via telephone and e-mail. If it is demanded during the regular consultancy service, informing servive is also given in periodic time.

-Settling the Tender: Companies that we consult keep informed by following bids belonging to requested sectors that are coming out from public institutions and foundations all over the Turkey.

-Preparation of bidding dossier: Tender dossier is prepared by expert of MBS TENDER CONSULTANCY upon request. Additionally, it is accompanied representatives of a company in joinin a tender or tender is delivered to contracting authority on behalf of a client.

-Circumstance that a tender be on firm’s duty: Including conclusion of a contract, tender process is settling in condition that a company win a bid.

-Law process of a tender: (If it is required) Objection to contract award decision- Complaint to Public Procurement Agency-Process of Administrative Procedure services are given.
